The Most Ancient Natural Medicine..

I spent a fair amount of time this weekend reviewing Master Nan Lu’s site on Traditional Chinese Medicine.  What brought me there was, of course, a tele-seminar interview….my nemesis.   After listening to him, reading his articles and viewing some of his videos, I have a better understanding of a form of healing that has always interested me.  Why? Maybe because it’s the oldest form of natural healing that’s becoming the newest form in this day and age.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) recognizes that true healing is a multidimensional process where the body, mind, spirit and emotions must all be addressed in the healing journey.  Most people think that TCM is just acupuncture but it also encompasses the use of herbs, diet, Qigong exercises, meditations, acupressure, and, most importantly of all,  the understanding of emotions and their relationship to the internal organ systems and their influence on health.  I got that connection when I found the Emotion Code yet taking a closer look at TCM and how the meridian system is laid out is giving me a better understanding of how clearing trapped emotions can be of such benefit.

I was fascinated to read his explanation of knee problems from a TCM perspective.  Who would have thought that knee problems really mean that you have a kidney function disorder and a Kidney energy deficiency rather than just a sore knee! (the Kidney meridians run through the knees)  Or that TMJ is related to a Stomach function disorder as well as a disorder of the Stomach meridian!  (the Stomach meridians run through the jaw area).   Or that a cough could mean so many different things depending on what other parts of you are affected when you cough!  You really must go to his web-site and check out this information…it’ll give you a new perspective on health and healing!   Make sure you download a copy of the “Four Gates for Ultimate Health” – scroll to the bottom of this page.  Do these every day and you will see positive changes in your health – guaranteed – might take awhile but, then, it took awhile for your symptoms to show so be patient and don’t give up!

I’d, also, like to suggest, if you have breast cancer, had breast cancer or know of anyone who does and who wants to use alternative methods of self-healing, that you go to this site where there are sections for Qigong exercises and acupressure points that can be learned to aid in the return to health.

Now, I’ll go and do some Qigong for my eyes!   You go do the “Four Gates for Ultimate Health”.
